saenghiran lookbanyai

Former Lumpinee, Channel 7 and Thailand champion Saenghiran Lookbanyai will be following in the footsteps of Namsaknoi Yudthagarngamtorn, Orono Wor Petchpun, Attachai Fairtex, Yoddecha Sityodtong, Kongtoranee Payakaroon, and Lamnammoon Sor Sumalee by joining the team of trainers at Evolve MMA in Singapore.

At the age of 32 Saenghiran still fights ocassionaly and has shown he can compete with the younger generation at the Channel 7 and Siam Omnoi Stadiums. During his prime he took on some of the best fighters in Thailand and had a reputation for putting on entertaining fights with the boxing orientated style which the Lookbanyai stable is known for.

He also had a very successful boxing career which saw him claim WBC titles at two weights and remain undefeated for four years, winning his first 20 fights and retiring with a record of 21-2-1. Saenghiran's punching power was evident in both disciplines and he claimed more than his fair share of stoppage wins as a Muay Thai fighter and 15 of his 21 wins as a boxer were by KO or TKO.

He will join former team mate Yodbuangarm Lookbanyai who also moved to Singapore earlier this year to become a trainer at Evolve MMA. For more information visit: http://evolve-mma.com/classes/muay-thai.html
