Miro/MirkoThis is on an interesting note as we recently (I actually just hit send moments ago on part 2) published an interview with Miro Mijatovic by MMA author Brian J. D'Souza, whose fantastic book you should have picked up by now (alongside The Godslayer by none other than me), where Miro goes into some in depth details as to the inner workings of PRIDE FC and K-1 back when Mirko was competing overseas in Japan. Miro associates himself as Mirko Cro Cop's former manager, but Cro Cop fired back shortly after part one was published on LiverKick, claiming that Miro was never his manager.

According to ProFightStore.hr, Mirko took to Facebook to explain the situation from his point of view. So now according to Cro Cop, he met Miro back in 2002 and mainly kept him around as he was fluent in Japanese and could help out when it came to the language barrier. It is a bit difficult for us to translate, but the basic idea behind his post is that Miro meant nothing to him and helped him order dinner, but did not provide any sort of true representation.

The photograph included in this article is of Miro alongside Mirko, so we ask you to come to your own conclusions as to the nature of their relationship.
