Simon Marcus set to take on Artem Levin at Lion Fight 9, possibly out of GLORY 5

Sources have reported that the long awaited bout between Simon Marcus and Artem Levin may be scheduled for Lion Fight 9, on March 15th in Las Vegas, Nevada. [Muay Thai Authority]

Marcus and Levin have been slated to meet several times over the past year, but each fight fell through for a variety of reasons. Marcus himself seems to have confirmed the fight via Facebook.

The "Bwad Boy" was also scheduled to face Steven Wakeling at GLORY 5 London, in what would be one of the most anticipated matches on the card. However, the date for Lion Fight 9 (March 15) is within a week of his scheduled appearance at GLORY (March 23). This new announcement means the chances of us seeing Marcus vs. Wakeling in March are extremely low. As of now, Marcus has not officially pulled out of GLORY. 

Simon Marcus is coming off two same-night KO victories in China while also riding an undefeated 31 fight win streak. Levin most recently took part in the IFMA tournament, before battling to a controversial draw with Steven Wakeling.
