Local Kombat has been around in Romania for a long time, even before SuperKombat, and is powered by SuperKombat and Eduard Irimia. Its Bodyguard Finale event back in June drew 15 000 people, which is probably the biggest attendance for a kickboxing event in the world this year.

Local Kombat Onesti takes place tomorrow in Onesti, Romania, with the weigh-ins having taken place today. We previously posted the fight card, which features a wide array of Local Kombat national title fights, featuring many of Romania's up and coming kickboxers. Special guests on hand will be Raul Catinas, Mighty Mo, Sebastian Ciobanu, Andrei Stoica and Benjamin Adegbuyi.

The event is set up for 1800 people, but all it took was one day for it to sell out. SuperKombat, Local Kombat and ultimately Eduard Irimia in are highly successful in Romania, with the success continuing here and likely continuing for the SuperKombat WGP 2012 Final in Bucharest on December 22.
