Finalized SuperKombat Fight Card For Saturday, October 20

  • Written by Rian Scalia

SuperKombat's Fourth Qualification event is just two days away, as it takes place this Saturday, October 20 in Arad, Romania. The event features the final qualification tournament of the year, with the winner qualifying for the SuperKombat Final Elimination on October 20.

The tournament field has seen one change, as Fikri Ameziane pulled out with an injury. Razvan Ghita, who was originally scheduled to fight in the reserve fight will take Ameziane's place in the tournament. The other three fighters in the tournament are Goran Radonjic, Steven Banks and Roman Kleibl. Radonjic fights Ghita and Banks fights Kleibl.

There are some super fights also, including the main event which pits two K-1 veterans in Sebastian Ciobanu and Dzevad Poturak against each other in a heavyweight contest.

Right under the heavyweight division, at -95kg, SuperKombat star Andrei Stoica takes on Croatian fighter Toni Milanovic. This, in my opinion is the most interesting fight on the card. Milanovic gave Sahak Parparyan a good fight back in March and Stoica returned to form in his last fight where he stopped Hakan Aksoy in the first round. Full fight card below:

Super-fight (-72 kg): Alex Tropimov (Israel) vs Claudiu Badoi (Romania)
