After a very successful and well done inaugural Yokkao Extreme 2012 event that featured the likes of Buakaw, Saenchai and Giorgio Petrosyan, Yokkao is back with another card in January 2013.

Yokkao announced today that the main event for Yokkao Extreme 2013 on January 26 will be Andy Souwer vs. Dzhabar Askerov. The fight will be three rounds of three minutes under K-1 rules. This is the second time that Dzhabar Askerov is in the main event of Yokkao Extreme, as he headlined the 2012 show against Buakaw. Andy Souwer has been on a role lately and is in top form. Askerov has improved a lot in the past few years and should make this a tough, entertaining fight.

Yokkao Extreme 2013 takes place in the same city and venue as 2012 did, at the Forum D'Assago in Milan, Italy. Stefania Picelli of Muay Thai Combat will be promoting the event again after the first Yokkao Extreme event drew around 8500 in attendance.

Be on the lookout for more news about Yokkao Extreme 2013 in the near future.
