Semmy Schilt, the four time K-1 World Grand Prix Champion, sat down with FightStarTV to discuss what he's been up to lately and what he thinks of the new FIKA, along with a little discussion about himself in MMA. Semmy hasn't fought in almost a year, last losing to Peter Aerts in the 2010 K-1 World Grand Prix semi-finals.
